Proudly managed to approach the leading advertising-technology providers worldwide, and as a result of these continuous efforts, I successfully brought to the Kuwait market one of the latest trade marketing technologies “Tokinomo” with an exclusive contract for AD Zone that remains for 3 years.
Successfully managed to establish the corporate marketing department which was responsible for providing online and offline marketing production for more than 7 well-known brands “Apple, Xiaomi, POCO, Nokia, Realme, RAVPower, and Honeywell” in the consumer electronics industry, moreover, I was able to analyze the marketing budget and accordingly reached %50 cost reduction and the regular POSM materials production, and Social Media spending, furthermore, reached %90 cost decrease in the in-door and out-door branding projects.
On the other hand, I was able to provide and execute effective corporate communication plans that allowed the company to be considered a professional, and credible market access service provider, this was a key differentiation value that created a new penetration model for the company during its expansion phases.
Effectively re-evaluated private sector marketing and sales activities and accordingly, successfully managed to re-occupy OTC. Products market positioning in the Kuwait market by listing all brand lines with local chain pharmacies, managed an effective communication and engagement plans with targeted segments by providing brand communication materials, conducting market visits, and develop loyalty programs, also managed to establish corporate communication channels to gather relevant market insights and position the company as one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the MENA region.
Established the Marketing Department and was able to create a sufficient lead generation channel through using Social Media Marketing, Google Listing, and Industrial Campaigns which resulted to reach 9m MQL, and 5400 SQL by only using %30 of the allocated marketing budget.
