• Participated in a Chevron workshop on emission reduction at E-GAS and presented PHPCs accomplishments on that subject to all oil and gas representatives.

• Conduct HSE management review meeting to reflect the HSE performance on yearly basis.
• Involved in all HSE procedures update program reviewing phase to comply with the ISO. Site Base at (Port Said)
• Participated in May-2023 Shutdown TAR-May-2023 to ensure compliance with all standards and Procedures since preparation until SD end startup, for the following activities at all gas-processing units
o Flushing (using hot water) & Nitrogen Purging & leak test. o Cleaning of vessels (hydro jetting, vacuum to extract solid deposits or manual cleaning using non-metal hand tools ….etc.). o Lifting operations scope including lifting plans, lifting equipment certificates and lifting gear certificates. o Internal Inspection of vessels, which need Confined Space Entry.
o CSE Rescue Plans, CSE EX Ventilation Fans, Distribution of Rescue Kit & Rescue team inside gas plant. o Wet & Cold Flares inspection scope using Rope Access Team. o Certificates of Rope Access Team and Kit.
• Manage GHG Greenhouse Gas register, generate required dashboard and take necessary actions for non-conformities.
• Maintain PhPC Environment Management System ISO 14001 o Manage Environmental legal compliance Matrix to ensure compliance with laws, regulations & other stakeholder requirements. o Participate in Environmental Management System Internal Audits o Prepare all required documents for Environmental External Audits EGAS, EEAA, EMS certification bodies. o Keep Updating Environmental Register.
• Conduct Workplace inspections and self-verifications.
• Share Incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Represent the company in external environmental workshops and conferences.
• Participate in preparing/monitoring Health, Safety and Environmental Key Performance Indicators.
• Monitor Hazardous Waste Handling process. Including disposal through licensed third parties.
• Monitor Emergency response preparedness (Ensure drill plan conduction, ensure equipment readiness and ensure emergency responders competency).
