Rotates between amman based locations and
Warehouse when Store Managers are on leave or general
support as needed
Monitor and support the Stores and Warehouse
maintenance schedules and costs
Review and track on a daily basis store sales, competition
targets, and marketing goals. Provide month to date
overview to Senior Management
Review product placement, merchandising, marketing
components/signage, email captures, promotional
strategies, and overall tidiness to ensure alignment with
brand direction and key product strategies to increase sales
Empower Store Managers to provide ideas on what can be
done at the store level
Involved in store marketing support such as in store
demonstrations, couponing, new product releases, etc.
Monthly or as needed basis, meet with Store Managers to
review all duties are up to date, cashout discrepancies,
preparation for monthly audits, competitions, price changes,
new policies, employee relations to address poor
performance, career development progress, additional
support, etc.
If there is a gap, provide additional training where
necessary
Informally check-in with staff to determine morale, store
activity, following updated procedures, etc.
Complete store audits monthly and develop corrective
action plan with Operations Manager and Store Managers
Evaluate over and low stock items to determine key selling
items within the stores
Manage store category sku's and general vendor
management
Review store sales and provide training to
staff as required
Oversee schedule costs, approvals, and utilize zone charts
within stores for all Vancouver based corporate locations
Monitor and approve staff bonus/incentives to meet targets
Resolve escalated customer complaints in a professional,
respectful manner. Educate and empower your team to
resolve customer concerns at the moment. Monitor for
trends at specific locations
Maintain a food safe and sanitary environment
