Resolve complex customer service challenges involving product repair/shipping issues/creating special orders, finding solutions, which exceed customer expectations.
Dealing with Fedex/UPS once shipping issues occur.
Working with customers from mostly USA/UK, also Australia, Canada, rest of Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore etc. even though the office is located in China
Co-working on same cases with colleagues from Seattle (headquarters) and Dublin offices.
