- Key responsibilities include overseeing trading activities of trading members for purpose of initiating timely and pro-active measures thereby facilitate detecting and checking suspected/alleged market manipulation.

- Undertaking necessary surveillance actions inter-alia including Price band monitoring and review, Graded Surveillance Measure (GSM), Additional Surveillance Measure (ASM), transferring securities to trade-to-trade settlement basis, suspension of securities to enhance market integrity and safeguard interest of investors.
- Regulatory reporting to SEBI for Small-Medium Enterprises (SME) segment to ensure market makers are abiding to stipulated liquidity in the market and penalizing them for violations.
- Actively involved in back testing of historical data to stringent existing measures and introduce new surveillance measures.
- Streamlined existing activities through automations by preparing business requirements and UAT testing of new functionalities.
- Providing detailed market reports to internal stakeholders for analysis and external stakeholders such as Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and Ministry of Finance (MOF).
- Issuing circulars and other market announcements on behalf of National Stock Exchange and responding to the queries raised by trading members in timely and efficient manner.

- Key responsibilities include streamlined analysis of financial data with in-house collection methodologies and policies to ensure quality data is delivered to the stakeholders through the Pitchbook platform.
- Analysed annual and quarter reports with global coverage and profiled 500+ MNC’s debt instruments and preferred securities along with the key characteristics in detail for accurate calculation cost of capital for Weighted average cost of capital (WACC).
