• Preparing CV’s and correspondence to forward to different
departments in respect of suitable applicants. Organizing
interviews for candidate as requested by the departments.

events. Maintain a keen understanding of event trends,
developments and best practices. Delivering events on time,
within budget, that meet expectations. Communicating,
maintaining and developing client relationships.

• Handling customers with product related issues as well as
customer retention and providing weekly retention report to
the manager. Providing customer with the best product
knowledge so that in the absence of the consultant the
customer is aware of the what he/ she is purchasing.
• Advising customers to choose the right and valuable product
for the benefit of the customer and informing about the
positive and negative sides of the product usage. Solution to
avoiding long queues by allotting CSR's in helping customers
to pay their bills through self-service machines.
Informing candidates regarding delivery of their documents
from time to time and keeping a track record of document
inflow and outflow.
• Maintaining account records and payables. Data entry and
filing of documents on monthly basis and preparing reports.
Keep on informing to the Superior’s officials on important
issues as necessary and based on priority.
• Acting as a liaison between the Superior’s and his direct
reports, transmits directives, instructions and assignments and
follow-up on status of assignments.
