Job Desription:
-Front and Back of the House on floor activities
- HR system
- Auditing report
- Receiving stocks
- Lead operations in store by managing team of front and back of the house
- Responsible for ensuring that Customer Ordering Dispatching Supervisor carries out duties efficiently and steadfastly
- Responsible for communicating with all departments and concerns
- Strong offline and online communicator
- Ensures any critical items runs are always fulfilled to the maximum. Inform everyone before in case of any shortages to enable them to manoeuvre early.
- Responsible for all communication to and from the store, including with all departments at the Head Office
- Manages and ensures quality control on food and service
- Obtains approval for any discrepancies in Purchase Orders, reports with urgency any stocks rejected or not received
- Signs off on all purchase orders / invoices received to ensure receiving accuracy
- Ensures that all invoices are sent to the accounts department as soon as possible, and any issues / discrepancies are reported immediately
- Maintain quality and cost control on all produced items and all raw materials received from vendors
- Ensure store standards are implemented and maintained
- Continuously monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage is maintained.
