1.Preparing the Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) drawing for whole modules (Detail drawings for Beams, Rc wall, slabs) as per requirements
2. preparing precast element and also form work for column, beam, slab, staircase etc.
3.preparing rebar details for beam, slab, colum, staircase as per consultant requirements.
3.Preparing ECC element drawings such as interior wall & ceiling & detail drawings using BIM/Tekla/Autocad as per design intent.
4.Review thoroughly all the documents received and raise RFI if any
discrepancy. Raise SDA if any modification at during construction.
5.Maintaining a document and drawing register as per ISO procedure.
6.Strong ability to work well in a team environment, intend to learn new technical things.

1.Coordinate with technical teams from Architectural and M&E disciplines to meet project objectives.
2.Drafting of Formwork Drawing for structural members such as,
Foundations, Column, Beam, Slab sections, Rc Wall elevations, Story Shelter plan, wall elevation and sections.
3.Drafting of Re-bar detail for structural members such as Foundation, Column, Beam, Slab sections, Rc Wall elevations, Storey Shelter plan, wall elevation and also Precast details for Slab, wall, Beam & PPVC toilets according to design indent.
4.Review thoroughly all the documents received and raise RFI if any discrepancy. Raise SDA if any modification at during construction.
5.Attend project coordination and client/architect/consultant/subcontractor meetings as requested or required.
6.Maintaining a document and drawing register as per ISO procedure.

Comparing BOQ with Tender & Architectural Drawings to identify additional work & variations to the Technical Manager for processing and approval of the variation order by Project Manager.
Provide leadership and manage the team members in a professional manner e.g. allocation of work, providing guidelines to them in drafting to maintain the quality, improving productivity, checking drawings and cutting list profiles etc.
Make sure that structural checks are done with Structural Department for all related details (e.g Aluminum numbers, glass brackets etc).
Preparing Shop drawing, material take off & Fabrication drawing such as unitized, semi-unitized, Spider glazing, Skylight, Cladding, Louvers, windows and doors as per design indent.
To ensure that the approvals of drawings and sample materials obtained as per specified time scales of the program.
Responsible for pre-ordering of all materials from design team in co-ordination with purchase department in time to meet the project program.
Attending to design, client and co-ordination meetings as well as preparing notes for records to ensure all are aware of current progress.
Site Visit and Quality inspection.

Preparation of as build Drawing and Final billing area.

5. Getting drawing approval from the Architects and façade consultants.
6. Attending design coordination meetings with Client/Architect/Consultant/site
7. Co-Ordination with Purchase department to procure the materials as per the priority.
8. Site Visit and Quality inspection

1. Preparing working drawing such as Plan, Elevation, Section and Details.
2. Preparing Sanction drawing to get approval.
3. Preparation of electrical layout.
