I make and control inventories and technical sheets I demand compliance of qualities standars
I prepare, cook and serve al kind of dishes.
I make the mise en place, basic kitchen backgrounds, basic and special sauces, soups and creams, all kind of salads, cold and hot starters
all kind of dishes made from eggs, pasta, rices fish and shellfish, birds, meats, bakery.
I storage adequately foods, either raw, cooked or canned .
I close the shift and operations.
