• Manage inventory of food, beverage, consumable, and operational materials (dry, chilled, frozen).
• Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices; process GRNs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement transactions using ERP software.
• Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions to ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with procurement teams on stock requirements, delivery schedules, and purchasing priorities.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery; maintain supplier records and price lists.
• Implement FIFO procedures to minimize expiry losses; monitor expiry dates and slow-moving items.
• Organize warehouse storage for optimal accessibility and stock rotation; ensure food safety compliance.
• Coordinate internal material distribution to departments; maintain complete issuance records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports; conduct monthly stock counts and reconciliation.
• Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions; support audit activities.
• Monitor market price trends and support procurement personnel with sourcing and documentation.
