• Own the marketing strategy and budget
• Lead development of detailed quarterly marketing plans (SAAS Industry)
• Lead a team of including managers and associates
• Manage CRM, social, content, affiliates, paid and organic digital, events, sponsorship, partnerships,
ATL, consumer PR and all other brand initiatives etc.
• Own customer CAC, CPA. CPO and LTV targets
• Analyse and report on ROI of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Liaise with marketing and design teams for ongoing initiatives
• Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s
business activities
• Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
• Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new services etc.
Responsible for:
-The company multiple fronts of social media management including, and not limited to: Google - Facebook - LinkedIn…..
-Monitoring and be up to date with all the digital branding and social trends Brainstorm new and innovative digital growth and exposure strategies.
-Brand positioning, management and analysis in the market also lead the execution of the Digital brand plans and initiatives.
-Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
-Providing engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
-Boost brand awareness more by managing website SEO/SEM.
-Following up with Marketing team between UAE, USA, India and Egypt.
-I'm responsible for online advertisement, exploring new paid advertising and marketing channels. Wether its Facebook, Google, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, or any other channel.
-Working in marketing Technology team to put a roadmap and strategy of learning and exploring new marketing channels, exploring new marketing channels by creating campaigns and optimizing them, creating Paid Advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or any others).
-Working with web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
-Document strategies to optimize and automate tasks in the campaign lifecycle.
-Responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, and turning them into happy, satisfied ambassadors.
- Increase brand awareness, promote company products or services and to drive prospects to conversions.
-Initiate effective marketing campaigns online, and to translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns.
-Adept at evaluating the needs of the consumer market, and understand how and where to acquire knowledge about consumer trends and demands.
-Developing the strategy used in marketing a company's product online. This is done by putting together various online promotions and e-mailing campaigns to get the company's message out, and also by performing consumer research to discover other ways of reaching customers by way of the Internet.
