• Working on Proto sample with costing details. Sourced
everything from trims and fabrics with multiple mills and
factories overseas, communicating with them daily to
make sure everything was being produced and shipped in an effective and efficient manner.
• Working on deadlines of various stages of the order
sampling, production, finishing, Packing and logistics.
• Cross check samples at the pilot run, inline and midline and keep a track of day-to-day production output based on the status given by the team.
• Conduct PP meeting with the team and technicians.
• Discuss with logistics team for vessel date and documentation work.
Brand : Cost Plus, Otto, Kersten, CTW, Himatsingka, Sam Hedaya, Mersea, PD Home and Garden
• Market forecast as per the current season, trend and style in demand to present various styles and CADS for • Buyer's selection as per their Concept.
• Arranging Silhouette and tech pack files for proto type
development. Meanwhile costing is calculated to decide
on the profit margin and to meet the buyer's target.
Preparing various records such as Sample Tracker,
Knowledge transfer file.
• Determine the order confirmation to factory up on the
supplier's production allocation & performance.

• Satisfying the customer needs with enduring quality.
• Keeping better communication bridge between Buyer and supplier regarding all quality issues and test reports.
• Keeping track for all communications in regarding tests and test methods to be followed.
• Maintaining TAT by close follow ups of job.
• Multi angle analyzing to sort out the issues and speed up the testing to achieve TAT Delivering error free reports.
