Oversees and executes social media strategies, guidelines, best practices, promotional campaigns and day-to-day activities for the company and its clients. Captures content for clients’ social media accounts. Demonstrates community management techniques to manage positive and negative situations and apply conflict resolution principles.
Responsible for all public relations activities and strategies of the company and its clients. Works closely with the Brand Management Department to conceptualize and implement public relations and marketing campaigns. Works closely with the media and influencers to ensure good coverage on
social media, offline and online publications.

Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content and new restaurants. Works closely with the Marketing Department to conceptualize and implement public relations, marketing, and social media campaigns. Demonstrates customer service techniques to manage positive and negative situations and apply conflict resolution principles. Continuously improves pages by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the
information.
Handles the website of BIEN, a magazine which covers a wide range of topics with remarkable imagery and writing. Being the first and only magazine dedicated to beauty for UAE consumers, BIEN also offers intelligent features, in-depth reviews, and clear and exact experience of products and services available.
Promotes clients to media in UAE, Oman, and Qatar through journalism and media relations. Handles the company's social media accounts and creates marketing materials for the clients and the company.
