Within this role I am responsible for all outputs within my team as a Training Manager . I am involved in the entire process from new Company engagement, including documentation of all current training requirements. Specification of business needs and scheduling in accordance with the specification. Training is conducted by me or shifted within my team based on availability of consultants. I managed, measures and improved operations which includes facilitation and planning and coordination of all training programs working with the Logistic team . Working with team, vendors, suppliers, the business, planning timelines to coordinate pre-event logistics. By implementing many best practices to ensure all communication to event planning and execution. Working with stake holders and different team players I launched some creative strategies for the program to increase, facilitate, and track attendance; lead retrieval and event metrics analysis. Also partnered with other regions to ensure best practices are shared and implemented. Customer requirements had to be defined to ensure business is meeting customer needs.
