The company where I am working is located here in Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2. I answer phone calls, booked tickets for specific passenger, booked hotels/travel, send everyday reports to clients regarding progress on sites (MEP Company), make turkish coffee, write a letter or email for whatever my boss will dictate, clean his office desk, file important documents (software and hardware), sending invoice to clients, monitoring expenses for office and petty cash(make sure office supplies are complete), documents for (printing, scanning and photocopy), and reminding my boss if he has scheduled meeting with clients. Employees are only 3 including myself for this company.
Work in a fast-paced environment and do remote desktop, take incoming technical calls from customers. Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues regarding install and uninstall, navigation of software and basic troubleshooting for hardware devices,
Answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, handles cancellation and provide general information.
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, detailed discussion of billing, up-selling of products and resolve complaints.
Someone who investigates forgery and theft within customers' accounts and transactions on behalf of a bank or a financial institution. They track and monitor the bank's transactions and activity that comes through the customers' accounts. Blocks and reports the account if this is a fraudulent application or transaction.
