•Maintaining all relevant registers and records pertaining to all the statutory requirements such as Factory ACT, Payment of wages ACT, ESI Act, PF Act, and Bonus ACT etc…
•Handle PF, ESI, Bonus and Gratuity
•Online Preparation and filing of returns (ESI & PF)
•Liasoning with the Government Authorities of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Local Panchayat, etc.
•Co ordinate for the contractor’s registrations and renewals with Inspector of factories.
•Remittance and renewal of Labour Welfare Fund
•Preparation and filing of Inspector of factories returns and professional tax returns.

Admin Process:
•Maintaining of Muster roll for Staffs, Workmen, and Trainees & Apprentices.
•Allocating Manpower according to the requirements of the Departments.
•Update the daily Manpower Status and handover to the Plant Head.
•Monitoring the Employees needs and Welfare Items.
•Checking of Manpower Contract Bills.
•Maintain database and updating of personnel records.
•Performance appraisal for all categories of Employees.
•Transportation arrangements and bills forwarded to accounts department after verification.
