• Manage directly the daily performance and operation.
• Effectively create and reinforce teamwork environment
• Provide day-to-day oversight of the sales performance to the area Manager
• Manage conflict and take necessary action.
• Responsible for ordering stock. Planning and implementing promotional activities for the store to maximize the revenues.
• Responsible for assisting the retail director in setting targets and budgets for the sales team as well as implementing various training programs for the development of the sales force for the optimum output in line with the market needs & opportunities.
• Providing leadership, counseling and career guidance for the development and guidance of all the staff.
• Other key management responsibilities include: SAP reporting, forecasting, budgeting, recruitment, job descriptions.
• Implement the instructions and guidelines of the area manager and visual merchandising manager with regard to visual presentation and floor maintenance standards
• Partner with Human resources to maximize associate performance through the review process
