1. Managing the leasing for all malls and strip malls.
2. Conduct analysis and review of occupancy periods and rates.

11. Responsible of the CRM implementation in the Tenant Relations Dep.
12. Abstract critical and key information from leases and other contract documentation.
Leasing Executive:
1. Manage the execution of the lease agreements, amendment and deed of surrender for MAF Ventures business unit timely and accurately.
2. Implement and manage the timely planning, organizing and execution of all lease administration services across the business unit for new and renewals of projects.
3. Validate the accuracy of lease information during input, maintenance and output phases of the lease lifecycle and prepare lease documents sign off packs for timely execution.
4. Generate monthly Rent to sales reports for the existing assets.
