 Development, management and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems across production line and company outlets /Centers in line with established industry standards and requirements.
Develop and implement quality control process and procedures.
Monitoring Quality Control System, production and operation activities are according to local regulatory rules & basic food Safety System.
 Review and update the Food safety manual.
Perform internal and external Food safety & standardization audits.
Maintain ISO 22000:2005 standards in Production line & Participate in all the activities including the requirements of ISO/HACCP Quality system.
Keep up to date with all daily tasks, maintain all QA related files.
Coordinate with outside Food Testing lab & handling Laboratory Testing
 Periodically conduct inspection in company outside shops & location.
 Make the Daily activity report & submit to the Q.A.M/ Management.
Follow up Pest Control Programs in company.
Train staffs about different Quality &food safety standards.
 Checked & maintain CCP’s on the production floor.
 Perform Inspections on raw food materials & food items to ensure food safety and zero expiry
