Development, management and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems across production line and company outlets /Centers in line with established industry standards and requirements.
Develop and implement quality control process and procedures.
Monitoring Quality Control System, production and operation activities are according to local regulatory rules & basic food Safety System.
Review and update the Food safety manual.
Perform internal and external Food safety & standardization audits.
Maintain ISO 22000:2005 standards in Production line & Participate in all the activities including the requirements of ISO/HACCP Quality system.
Keep up to date with all daily tasks, maintain all QA related files.
Coordinate with outside Food Testing lab & handling Laboratory Testing
Periodically conduct inspection in company outside shops & location.
Make the Daily activity report & submit to the Q.A.M/ Management.
Follow up Pest Control Programs in company.
Train staffs about different Quality &food safety standards.
Checked & maintain CCP’s on the production floor.
Perform Inspections on raw food materials & food items to ensure food safety and zero expiry
Perform Food safety & standardization audits.

Inspect the Incoming & Outgoing Materials.
Check the Cleaning Condition & staffs personal hygiene.
