• Finalization of planning package which includes WBS, Level-1, 2 & 3 Schedules, Progress Measurement Systems, S-Curves, Manpower & Equipment Deployment Schedules, Project Calendar and Project Control Procedures.
• Leading the full lifecycle of projects from inception to closeout, with typical responsibilities including:
o Verification of Variation orders and change orders and invoice.
o Review Project Cost Breakdown structures (CBS) and their allocation from the estimate.
o Review list of deliverables, Sequencing and optimization to support procurement and construction.
o Scheduling of work / tasks, planning and allocation of resources.
o Management of material delivery, interdependencies, internal and external communications.
o Monitoring & reporting both internally and externally on financial and programme progress w.r.t KPI’s.

o Client management and relationship development during and after the project.
• Implementing EPC lessons learnt from past projects and value-added engineering concepts to new project.
• Reviewing MOMs, agreements related to Joint Venture, EPC, O&M for new bids etc..
• Certifying sub-contractor Invoices.
• Review and submission of Invoices to Client.
• Reviewing inward and outward correspondences / letters as per the contract agreement to Client & Sub-Contractors.
• Organizing trainings for all Planning dept. team members thereby improving employee efficiency.
• Prepare, review & Maintaining reports related to cash flow and presenting them to regulatory authorities through Finance Department.
• Implementing cost control methods, to monitor cash flow, resulting in improved cash utilization.
• Analyzing labor/equipment productivity and release monthly, weekly and daily corrective measures / schedules.
• Implement Activity / WBS Based Costing (ABC) and Earned Value Management technique to have better control on project.
• Review & respond to EOT claims (with delay analysis) to Client and Subcontractor.
