Assist and co-ordinate with Internal Auditor in all the financial duties.
Conduct Internal audit of the companies coming under the ABC group located across Oman, Africa, Qatar, and UAE.
Preparing annual and interim financial statements.
Preparation and submission of all managerial reports to management and stakeholders as instructed by them.
Served as the key point of contact with the investors and management.
Co-ordinate with different external auditors of different companies coming under the group.
Reviewing the ledgers to ensure that all the accounting entries have been posted by coordinating with supporting staff.
Conducted closing procedures and preparing MIS Reports, Budgets & Forecasts at periodical intervals.
Analysing the financial performance and making
recommendation to the management for improvement.
•Compliance audit of branches, to ensure that whether the branches are following the RBI rules and regulations as well as follow the company policies and procedures.
•Micro Banking Activity Audit.
•Surprise audit of branches which involves Cash inclusive of ATM cash and stock verification.
•Gold Audit which involves the stock counting as well as checking the purity of gold.
•KYC compliance audit, to ensure whether the details provided by customers to prove his identity is authenticated.

• Prepared financial statements, accounts reconciliations, accounts analysis, accrual calculation, provision calculation and other accounting documents and schedules as per applicable standards.

• Streamlined the collection and payment by proactively reviewing ageing report from AR&AP, getting clarification from concerned staff, partnering with sales team and customer for collection, and presenting the same to management at review meetings.
• Ensuring the procedures, policies, legislations, and regulations are correctly followed and complied with.
• Support Internal and External auditors by providing clarifications on financial information.
• Prepare final accounts, filing return and UAE VAT computation & returns filing.
• Assist in raising Invoices.
• Passing Accounting entries in Tally and Maintaining Books of Accounts.
