Key Result Areas:
•Business acquisition, retention & renewal across BLS network.
•Defining process and delivering customer centric service excellence, offering value propositions to the Visa applicants, making the applicant’s journey convenient and comfortable throughout the visa application process. Enhancing revenue by increasing yield per applicant.

•Integrating alliance partners seamlessly throughout the business process involving all stake holders, BLS, Diplomatic Mission Partners and Visa Applicants.
•Adhering to the processes & policies laid down by mission partners and working on process enhancement to bring in service excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
•Developing & deploying value propositions for visa applicants across BLS network.
•Developing human capital through monitoring, tracking, reward, recognition & training the talent pool to sustain the resource based competitive advantage.
•Enhancing performance & productivity through managing business by objectives, measures, initiatives, accountability for key aspects such as; Financials Growth, Customer Acquisition/Retention/Satisfaction, Process & System upgradation, Employee growth/satisfactions.
•Spearheading long/short term strategic initiatives and creating innovations for new businesses opportunities. Ensuring sustainable growth through strong networking with acquiring, retaining & renewing global/regional Alliances.
•Driving Go-to-market strategy through marketing initiatives such as; user friendly Web-designing, Press Release, Digital campaign, Social Media campaign, Affiliate Marketing, Road shows, setting up & training call center team and the visa application center team.
•Ensuring compliances to the regulatory guidelines in the country of operation as per the law of the land, Compliances to the mission guidelines and framework, Compliances to regional operational policies and procedures
