Responsible for all wages and payroll of employees on sites. Managing supervisors, as well as staff, doing frequent inspections to ensure standards are upheld and compliance is met in the healthcare industry of private hospitals. I am responsible to ensure that cleaning is done correctly and correct chemical usage to prevent outbreak of diseases as a result of incorrect cleaning methods. I manage all employees and correct screening and training to ensure employees are competent to perform duties. I work very closely with my client, the hospital management and ensure all cleaning targets and needs are met. It is my responsibility to manage budgets and costings, as well as provide all consumables as needed.

General management of staff, gambling area and Bingo room. As a duty manager it was
my responsibility to see that all staff are at their stations, to sort out queries, keep
guests happy, and do cash ups and relevant paperwork for it. I was responsible for
opening up or locking up and handing over when shift changed. I was also responsible
for kitchen and food orders. I am also familiar with point of sale operating systems. I cashed up all the card sellers and restaurant/bar staff
daily, as well as emptying the slot machines every morning and doing processing
thereof together with other managers on duty. This included money deposits and
relevant admin with it.
As catering/foodservice manager, I managed staff restaurants in various sites for clients. I was responsible for the whole operation, from administrative duties(daily invoice processing, banking, cash-ups, leave forms, stock take sheets, disciplinary enquiries), to health and safety, and ensuring that meals served was of good quality and variety as per client needs. I managed staff in kitchens(sometimes there were satellite kitchens), and on floors and different meals were served daily, according to customer needs(halaal, ethnic, western, vegetarian etc.) I was also responsible for stock ordering and menu cycles, and compiling them, as well as arranging regular equipment maintenance and servicing. Other duties included functions, both on site as well as other venues as per client needs. I managed corporate kitchens, catering for executives, as well as factory staff and corporate management.
I was a sales representative in the catering/hospitality industry, calling on customers in all sectors(hotels, technicians-hospitality departments, restaurants, bed and breakfasts, lodges, and food service canteens in factories) I also assisted hospitality students with their courses and supplied their relevant uniforms and equipment needed.
