Predict trends and fashions and decide which products are most likely to appeal to customers. Analysis sales information, work out sales targets and plan how to increase profits. Visits suppliers or manufacturers to select goods, which is likely to involve working closely with retail buyers. Negotiates prices, order the goods, agree a delivery date, complete all the necessary paperwork, and keep in touch with suppliers to make sure that the goods arrive on time.
•Working closely with visual display staff and department managers to decide how goods should be displayed to best attract customers' attention. Involves planning and setting up sales promotions and advertising campaigns.
Maintains customer services and facilities. Greets customers and provides assistance. Maintains cleanliness and orders in the store.
Performs work under the supervision of the agency management.

•Perform various assignments and related office administrative/technical duties within section or department.
•Maintain complex financial and budgetary spreadsheets; assist with monitoring budget status; reconcile discrepancies in accounts; and develop financial, procurement, and invoice tracking reports.
•Record expenditures and/or payments of building services expenses and ensure that these are posted to correct accounts.
Assists in staff supervision and development, allocating duties and ensuring that these are carried out at all times.
•Acting as Store Manager in his/her absence.
