Issuance of Policies, Endorsements, Membership Cards and all related Debit and Credit Notes for both Group & Individual Medical Insurance business
•Preparing and Dispatching to clients all Policy related materials

•Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising of 30 staff.
•Managing budgets like petty cash, banking, staff welfare, and operational costs.
•Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
•Selection of MVP (Most Valuable Player) of the store and for Pan India competition.
•Overseeing pricing and stock control.
•Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
•Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
•Preparing promotional materials and displays according to the VM norms.
•Tracking of SKU Portal and completion of online training modules.
•Created a zone wise roster cum sales tracker so that each and every sales staff should aware of KPI’s & commercial updates.
•Taken an initiative by going extra miles, Giving zone wise targets to zone leads and on achievement’s they get goodies and treat by the management team.
•Started football matches between store teams every week.
•Got a chance to work as a support to merchandiser for future growth and learned basics of merchandising.
As a product and service trainer, I was responsible of taking trainings for all 5 Nike factory stores in west region.
•Coordinating with operation manager, head trainer for successfully taking monthly training, tracking individual performance on given deadline.
