Responsible for supervising operations and maintenance projects in one of the largest seafront community in the Middle East compromising over 200, 000 sq.m. of prime real estate, over 1, 800 luxurious residential units and business parks.
• Followed the day to day operations, ensure good response and resolution time to the client from the TFM team.
• Controlled and followed up service reports and quotations delivered to the client; managed project controls, cost estimates, quantity takeoffs and manpower requirements for proposals, forecasts and change orders.
• Maintained high customer satisfaction and helped achieve Enova’s business objectives.
• Provided technical direction and trainings to team leaders, supervisors and technicians.
• Operated Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software to perform the best preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Directed and coordinated installations, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Inspected completed installations and observed operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Ensured all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
• Supervised and negotiated maintenance contracts with companies, while maintaining professional relationship.
• Prepare monthly reports for the client including monthly utilities consumption, preventive and breakdown tasks and invoices.
• Prepare SOW, SLA and KPIs for the maintenance agreements.
