Responsibilities include:
• Legal consultancy
Assesses clients’ case based on facts and on applicable laws and recommends course of action after the assessment. Recommended course of action includes pursuing the case in regular courts of justice or in administrative bodies or settling the case amicably, or adopting measures to protect rights and interests.
• Drafting of Legal Documents
These legal documents include legal opinions, demand letters, complaints, answer to complaints, motions, manifestations, petitions, comments, affidavits, special power of attorneys, and similar instruments.
