• Established systems & procedures for effective management of Logistics Operations and provided total Supply Chain solutions to ensure cost effective and smooth flow of materials.

• Drew up plans for cost effective buying through long term procurement strategy in coordination with different agencies involved.

• Instrumental in the procurement process carried out for purchasing of various Aircrafts spares, Common Equipments, IT, Transport, vehicles, Aerolubes, etc.
• Raised necessary documents such as Quotation, Tender, Purchase Order, Repair Order & Invoice through online as per procurement policy laid down by Defense procurement.
• Provisioned schedule and procedure calculating and reviewing establishment requirements. Assisted in Export / Import / Custom clearance.
