Responsible for:
• Graduate Placement & Alumni: Counsel, advise & guide graduates and alumni towards
Educational and Market opportunities.
• Manage Career Events: Implement and manage career fairs and visits
• Career Exploration Week
• Graduation Project Competition & Campus Open Day
• Industrial Internship Training (IIT) Program locally and abroad
• Community Service Programs: Make connections to community services/companies that would
like to provide possibilities. Provide students with weekly based opportunities
• Make connections (partnership): Act as an Ambassador for ADVETI, fostering relationships with both
community and commercial representatives.
• Counseling & Training.
• Interview students (New admission) to obtain history, education background (Informational,
Focus, Panel) and marketing for the new intake.
Responsible for:
• Program, Budget and Staff Planning and Coordination for Annual community service Programs
• Preparation of Policy, Procedures, Guidelines, Reports, Statistics.
• Designing of Training Plans, Consultation and Career Coaching of Students .
• Supervision of the Career Development Program and Voluntary Program for students
• Development and Implementation plus annual full Coordination of the community Service and the internship
programs.
• Development of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Continuous Industry
Liaison (with Education, Business, Government entities)
• Receiving Quotations, Preparing of Purchase Orders, Invoice Approvals
• Supervision of the community service program for ADVETI students
• Consulting/Advising companies on Succession Planning, Student Recruitment, Career Pathcreation, Training
• Acquisition of new Partners in UAE to provide community Service and Student
Placement opportunities (Recruitment).
• A member in the committee who wrote the voluntary work handbook with ACTVET.
• Supervising Programs like Heritage for life and supervise the Girls camp- Dec. 2013. The first camp manager.
• The first director of Yes to work intiative- Dubai December 2013.
Experiences:
• I used to be English language teacher for the Institute of Applied Technology and Abu Dhabi Vocational
Education and Trainning institutes since December 2008 till July 2011.
• I taught English language for the Egyptian school in Muscat from August 2007 to May 2008.
• I taught English language, literature and SAT courses for the American Diploma students in Mansoura college
American school from 2005 to 2007 (The Head of American department).
• I taught English for secondary stage for the Ministry of Education- Egypt from 2001 to 2005.
• I taught free courses in the American university in Cairo (off Campus instructor).
• I worked as a Trainer of teachers for the Ministry of Education - Egypt and the US Aid programs.
• I taught English for prep. Stage for the Ministry of Education - Egypt from 1994 to 2001.
• I passed a lot of training courses in Egypt and abroad.
• I also attended educational forums and programs concerning English language teaching.
• I attended, participated and presented in a lot of national and international conferences for ELT. (Cairo
conference, Mansoura symposium, TESOL conventions, iearn annual conference and youth summit and AUC
conferences).
