Appointed Head master and later college Principal. I was having the following responsibilities;

 In charge of the day today running of the two institutions. Implementing the Board of Management's decisions, involved in the faculty recruitment, overseeing effective and efficient teaching of all the learners and writing school reports to the board of Management and donors.

 I was responsible for the key subsidiary of the two institutions charged with the responsibility of determining, developing and implementing effective strategies that achieve growth, profitability and sustainability both for the institutions and the projects initiated.

 I was responsible for streamlining the operational processes. I helped develop a highly motivated, cohesive, focused and professional team as well as initiating a number of sustainability projects in Agribusiness that includes vegetable growing, greenhouse farming, fisheries, poultry and piggery among others.

 Generally outside the main school sponsors, I also helped outsources other donors who could have interest in the school. I on a number of times organized fundraising events, Outreach days, Sports day, Open days and also ran and updated the school website, I recognized and appreciated those who were able to stand with the school vision and Mission.
