- Teaching and helping the students for their courses.
- Register all the students on the Newhorizon website (LMS).
- Preparing the courses for all students.
- Provide the support for the students and tutors.
- Afford the management with reports up to date.
- Being communication channel between the students and the store in order to fulfil their needs.
- Helping the IT support department in dealing with hardware and software issues.
