a. Recruitment:
-Partner with the allocated client groups within the organisation to deliver best practice recruitment solutions to support them in achieve their business objectives through attract the best people.
-To take a lead role in all recruitment programmes, include Saudization programmes and to ensure TFG recruitment processes represent best practice.  Saudization track: from 17 % in 2015 to 23% in 2017 from Green to Platinum
b. Support services
-To Manage the administrative works in the company to ensure that the maximum level of support & services are delivered to the other functions in timely & effective manner.
-Manage the legality, issuance, renewal, addition, and deletion of company’s commercial
registrations (CRs) and licenses of branches, stores, pharmacies, and factories.
-Supervise the licenses of all company’s farms, hatcheries, stores, branches, buildings and etc. and
coordinating with relevant departments to ensure the validity of these licenses and to avoid
unnecessary renewals & fines.
-Ensure safe custody of company’s (CRs, Articles of Association, Deeds, Leases, and etc.) and
maintaining accurate record of ongoing projects, points of contact, and addresses and supervising
deadlines.
-Manage security functions to ensure all company premises are secured & saved, and insure
compliance with company policy.
-Handling the importing & Exporting responsibilities.
c. Training & Development:
-To support the Performance & Development Department in performing its day to day functions by facilitating coordination in all areas of performance, training & development of group employees.

Other curricular responsibility:

-(In 2012) Handling the fleet responsibilities and function (more than 500 vehicles)

-(In 2013) Al-Karaj / Haradh Manager of the (Hatchery-ladies section) Concerned with regards to raising the efficiency of work levels, developing the management standards, and providing the
