•Oversee and manage all budgets for the HSE department. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures.

•Develop the HSE policies, guidelines and procedures for plant to ensure that employees carry out their duty in a secure environment. Communicate these guidelines and procedures to employees; coordinate with the necessary personnel for that purpose and ensure that they are being properly implemented across plant.

•Design safety management plans for handling any unanticipated safety risks and communicate these safety management plans to concerned plant’s employees, Health, Safety, & Environment.

•Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the HSE department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.

•Established a PMO function responsible for TFC corporate& subsidiaries cross-functional project management in Corporate.

a. Recruitment:
-Partner with the allocated client groups within the organisation to deliver best practice recruitment solutions to support them in achieve their business objectives through attract the best people.
-To take a lead role in all recruitment programmes, include Saudization programmes and to ensure TFG recruitment processes represent best practice.  Saudization track: from 17 % in 2015 to 23% in 2017 from Green to Platinum
b. Support services
-To Manage the administrative works in the company to ensure that the maximum level of support & services are delivered to the other functions in timely & effective manner.
-Manage the legality, issuance, renewal, addition, and deletion of company’s commercial
registrations (CRs) and licenses of branches, stores, pharmacies, and factories.
-Supervise the licenses of all company’s farms, hatcheries, stores, branches, buildings and etc. and
coordinating with relevant departments to ensure the validity of these licenses and to avoid
unnecessary renewals & fines.
-Ensure safe custody of company’s (CRs, Articles of Association, Deeds, Leases, and etc.) and
maintaining accurate record of ongoing projects, points of contact, and addresses and supervising
deadlines.
-Manage security functions to ensure all company premises are secured & saved, and insure
compliance with company policy.
-Handling the importing & Exporting responsibilities.
c. Training & Development:
-To support the Performance & Development Department in performing its day to day functions by facilitating coordination in all areas of performance, training & development of group employees.

Other curricular responsibility:

-(In 2012) Handling the fleet responsibilities and function (more than 500 vehicles)

-(In 2013) Al-Karaj / Haradh Manager of the (Hatchery-ladies section) Concerned with regards to raising the efficiency of work levels, developing the management standards, and providing the
required support of the administrative as well as technical affairs.
