conclude offer-to-purchase sale agreements with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate and conclude commercial bank loan funding for redevelopment purposes; approve final
development and redevelopment projects. Market research and develop new ways to strategically extract
and optimize asset value of the Group’s portfolio. Cash-flow management in conjunction with CEO and
financial director.
• Prepare final budget forecasts for property valuation purposes and liaise with valuators regarding final
valuations for annual financial statements. Render appropriate inputs regarding annual budgeting and
forecasting and manage income and expense budgets of all properties within the Group.
• Prepare and conclude a detailed asset management plan for the Group with a swot analysis for each
property. Monitor and manage the Group's risk matrix ensuring compliance with relevant legislation like
