Served as a member of CII Western Region Higher Education Committee for a period of 3 years
•Conceptualized a strategy roadmap for the Education, Employability and CSR line of business - India Futures
•Successfully implemented a competency based integrated Talent Management System in client organization.
•Developed competency frameworks, defining competency dictionary and mapping talent to the competency framework for my clients. Designed and delivered Development Centers for my clients.
•Implemented HRIS, CRM and developed employee communication channels through Newsletters 'Attitude' and revamped the career section on the website
•Developed mentoring competencies within the organization and executed a strategy for embedding coaching as a culture. Developed over 150 coaches for the organization.
•Developed job success profiles to align talent with the job requirements to aid my clients' recruitment and selection processes

•Acquired the first tender for training a large nationalized bank. Managed a team of 4 people to deliver this entire project for training 18000 employees in 8 months across 38 locations in India.
•Designed and implemented a broad band compensation methodology and redesigned Performance Management System
•Formulated a framework for hiring management trainees from campuses that enabled the company to quickly scale up resources and select the right fit
•Written thought leadership blogs for the organization; put together the content for website and supported the GLA (Global Leadership Awards) by vetting the nominations for presentations to the jury.
