- Handling requests and questions from the public and healthcare professionals alike about the
availability and counseling points for various drugs and medical devices in a timely manner, using
reliable sources of information at the DIC’s call center.
- Assisting the DIC officers with preparing medical kits and first aid bags for local airline companies,
along with medical kits inspection.
- Assisting the DIC officers with circular information preparation, which is used as a continuous
medical education process for the company’s staff pharmacists, in addition to preparing health
tips and sharing it with the public on the company’s social media platforms.
- Performing proper documentation for future reference on the DIC’s system.
Volunteered as a medical interpreter/student pharmacist during SAMS medical missions in 2018 & 2019 in Irbid-Jordan, where I worked alongside physicians to provide medical services to Syrian refugees, including counseling, and help patients communicate with foreign medical staff.
