 Promote HSE awareness and ensure that all KOC/KNPC/WOOD HSE requirements are implemented.
➢ Monitor contractor performance in terms of progress, HSE and Quality and Observance of safety requirements at site to provide a workplace free from serious hazards and report to the Line Manager if any unsafe act by the workers
➢ Issued daily permits for Green and Brown field areas.
 Carry out daily inspection (Civil & Structural works) for all quality-related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.
 Surveillance and Witnessing of Contractor activities, ensure project standards and QA/QC procedures are implemented across each of the technical areas involved in the project, including project administration. And construction contractors working within his discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITP’s, Procedures and Site Instructions
 Review and comments on EPC/Subcontractors QP, Method Statement, Procedures and ITP’s.
 Attending weekly meetings with the discipline Engineers and Construction Manager to resolve any outstanding issues and take corrective action wherever required.
 Preparation of daily report and reporting it to the Project Manager.
