Responsibilities:

• Supervise the design works of Consultants/engineering Contractors and EPC Contractor.
• Review/ approve drawings, specifications and other technical documents for Pipeline Engineering.
• To supervise the work of EPC Contractor specialists and ensure that quality and standards are maintained and cost effective solutions are adopted.
• Participate in review / audit of Contractor’s construction work, witness pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• To review Inspection and Test Plans and participate in Pr-Inspection meetings with Vendors to ensure all technical issues are resolved and quality/inspection plans are finalized to achieve the Project Quality and schedule delivery requirements.
• Carry out review /approve Contractors /Sub Contractors Method Statements of important and critical work activities.
• Carry out pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction project phases from start to end.
• Perform a key role in planning, budgeting and identification of resource needed.
• Create the teams, develop the objectives/ goals of each and assign individual responsibilities.
• Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking of team expenses.
• Ensure that construction activities move according to pre-determined schedule.
• Monitor the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises.
• Communicate effectively with the contractors/ subcontractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.
• Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guideline, quality and safety standards.
• Providing the technical directions and ensuring compliance with project scope, specifications and international code and standards.

Responsibility:

• Close supervision of construction work
• Leading Multi discipline team.
• Ensuring delivery of project elements in line with project timeframe.
• Review and approve with my team project document such as MS / ITP / TAR, TQ, QCP, WPS, RFI, weld maps, progress report.
• Perform regular audits for the compliance of QA/QC procedures and HSE procedures.
• Progress delay analysis and corrective action instruction.
• Verify along with project management team technical and commercial variations.
• Carrying out along with project management team risk analysis.
• Interface activities with other running projects and authorities.
• Planning and execution of project pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Supervising the engineering going on by EPC Contractor.
• Participating in reviewing / auditing of Contractor’s construction work, witnessing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Leading a team to prepare along with the contractor project close out dossiers.
