My duties and Responsibilities as a Production Control Room Operator, FPSO- SENDJE CEIBA.
-Sub sea Well heads operation to all topside process facilities.
-Monitoring all the Process operations through DCS.
Sub sea Cameron system for the Wellheads and maintaining its targets as per Production supervisor,
-Controlling and operating the Sub Sea MULTI-PHASE pumps ( FRAMO PUMPS) and adjusting its parameters for stabilize and optimizing the production.
-Plant restart up after ESD/PSD. Remains in the PCR during Emergency drills and monitoring the CHANNEL 1 and updating the event to onshore HSE personal.
- Emergency drill announcement through GPA.
- Monitoring the Fire and Gas system, if required any Inhibits for maintenance work with valid Work Permits and as per the SSIC (Safety System Isolation Certificate) list.
-Conducting the Well Testing Programmed as per Production supervisor / Operation Engineer 's Instruction.
Conducting the Wet Deluge testing with the valid Work permit provided by Safety Officer, and management approval.
Close monitoring the Fire and Gas system, Matrix panels for ESD/PSD /cause and effect diagram, Deluge and all safety system, Reported to Production Supervisor / OIM if find anything wrong, and put the notification to maintenance/Instruments
. Long time Isolation tags verify with Field and Control Room.
Cross check the PTW and all other documents.
-Optimizing the production rates with instruction from Production supervisor and Operation Engineer
- Making the Notification using through SAP for any maintenance job and attending the YTT (yesterday, Today, Tomorrow) meeting with OIM, all
Departments Supervisors, Lead Operator, in the day evening.
-Proper guidelines given to Field Operator on system start up and shutdown.
- Making Permit to work (PTW) and preparing Process and Mechanical Isolation statements as per P&ID diagrams. And signing the Area Authority.
- Making Midnight reports like DPR, Totalizers, ODR ( Online Daily report) and all other subsidiary reports for Production supervisor and send to clients.
-Communicating with ROV during the sub-sea operations.
-Give more importance to House Keeping and removal of the garpages from the field, give instruction to field operator for deck wash with soap solution.
- Communicate with LAB for adjusting the chemical rates.
-Optimizing the Production rates and Water injection rates as per instruction by Production supervisor/ Operation manager from onshore.
- Giving ON JOB training to National operator and verifying their competency.
-Communicating with Cargo Control room operator during the time of Offloading and making report.

• Operation and Maintenance pressure vessels. ( Two and Three Phase separators)
•Plant startup and shutdown activities.
•Controlling and Monitoring through SCADA SYSTEM.

•Glycol Dehydration and Gas Regeneration unit.
•Collecting the Well Head data from the wells.
•Change Bean (Choke.) to maintain the Flow line pressure and supply to GAIL.
•Making Midnight report and all other subsidiary report.
•Well Change over for testing the wells and making Well test report.
•Pig Launching from GGS field and receiving in DND gas processing complex.
•Follow up PTW system.
•Fire and Gas system. Cause and Effect chart checks.
•Chemical injection system. ( Methanol and Corrosion Inhibitor)
•Housekeeping and cleaning the process module.
