Personal Involvement- Structural
Modification works, Full Fit-out of the Public realm back of house
areas as well as the delivery of the External Landscaped areas
(managing all areas of the Hotel other than the guest rooms).
The Opus is a 5 star 94 key Boutique hotel that was delivered in
14 Months with a project value of AED 120M
The Address Hotel Dubai Mall complete Refurbishment- Personal
involvement- full fitout and refurbishment of all guest rooms and
corridors. The Address Dubai Mall is a 5 star 240 key hotel.the
value of the complete refurbishment was AED140M.
(Egypt) Al Alamein Hotel (originally built in 1960's) full
refurbishment and upgrade. Personal Involvement- Complete
demolition and rebuild of the beach club, all public areas, full
refurbishment of all Back of house areas (kitchens, plant rooms,
operator offices etc) as well as the delivery of the guest rooms
and Chalets. Al Alamein Hotel comprises of 206 keys and was
delivered in a record 11 months with a project value of
AED200M.
One and Only Royal Mirage Refurbishment- Personal
involvement- Project lead for the design development and
project delivery of the 100 key refurbishment and public areas.
The project was delivered 2 monhts ahead of program. Project
value- AED 40M
One and Only Drift Beach club. Personal involvement- Project
Lead for the Design management and project delivery of the
bespoke beach club. The estimated build duration was 6 months
and we delivered the project successfully 2 months ahead of
schedule. Project value- AED 88M.
Wharf retail Bluewaters island. Personal involvement-
management of the Main utilities and infrastructure, back of
house areas, 69000SQM basement and plant room areas. project
Value AED 1.2Bn
Jumeirah Al Naseem Hotel. Personal involvement- Managing the
delivery of all external landscaped packages including a turtle
lagoon, adult pool area, guest pool area, "Wadi pool" and beach
club. Al Naseem is a 430 key 5 star hotel with a project value of
AED 2.4 Bn.
Turnkey Fitout Contractor (high end restaurants and retail outlets). Reporting
to the company director of projects. Responsible for the Management of all
aspect of the project including the design, cost and delivery.
Al Meera Shopping Complex- Managing the complete
construction and fitout. Project Value- QAR24M
Mercato Antico restaurant (al Wakra)- Managing the full turnkey
fitout. Project Value QAR 1.5M
La Cassa 28 Restaurant. Turnkey fitout of a high end restaurant -
Project Value QAR 1.6M
Nandos (Gulf Mall)- Turnkey fitout. Project Value QAR2.2M
Nandos (Hyatt Plazza)- Turnkey fitout. Project Value QAR2.3M
