* Preparing daily/monthly production reports and analyzing the process flow with both top management and supervisors.
* Monitoring factory’s performance through production KPIs (E.g. Production Growth Rate, Machine’s Availability Rate, Quality Rate)

* Responsible for managing, reviewing and approving the annual worker’s leaves.
* Connecting production department with other departments by holding regular meetings to build a healthy working environment with better communication.
* Taking part with a financial team to regularly review the products costs and other factory’s expenses to minimize the overall factory’s costs.
* Establishing and managing currently an online store, including order receiving and delivering.
* Responsible for managing an Order App exclusively made for the factory’s salesmen to facilitate the orders placement and arrangement.
