Research potential vendors for materials and products
- Contact with customers via phone & emails to notify and
arrange the arrival of freight.
- Using company system similar to ERP system in order to save all documents for each shipments ( References), tracking, and invoices.
- Determine method of shipment ( Sea or Air ) and begin the process of export operation
- Prepare all documents for custom clearance
- Contact with our broker to know what is the statues of the shipment.
- Contact with the shipping line to get all documents for the shipments. For example: BL, SWB, Manifest )
- Coordinates product delivery from suppliers to customers
- Prepare invoices, sales order confirmation, Purchase order, and
quotations
- Using Microsoft Excel & Word for tracking shipments as a references
- Arrange transportation schedule, and orchestrate deliveries to meet
customer demand
- Using governments websites ( Fasah, Saber, Zakat, Tax, and customs authority)
- Making PO for PPE staff and contact with multiple suppliers in order to find the good price & quality
- Responded customers requests for shipments and transportation
services
- Contacting with brokers
- Data entry in Fasah website and using Zakat, Tax, and Customs authority website
- Tracking shipments with the shipping line
- Clear shipments via all borders (imports or exports)
