• Liable for uploading Leave Applications per client in SAP.
• Preparing documents to process all NEW visa requests for clients (Visa Requisition Form).
• Preparing documents to process Visa Cancellation as per requested & approved by clients.
• Coordinating with respective departments to follow up regarding the progress of NEW visas, renewals & visa cancellation, Change Status, Medical & Emirates ID Application, and Visa Stamping.
• Accountable for requesting Bank Account for NEW joiners (only as per required).
• Coordinator between APEX & client for any update on the progress of requests.
• Point of contact of the resources for any inquiries regarding Leave Applications, Salary Certificate, Pay slips, NOC, Experience Letter, Visa Renewal, Progress of NEW Employment Visa, etc.
• Preparation of monthly IT status report (END OF MONTH).
• Updating the IT MASTER Tracker excel file.
