Responsibilities :
• Supervising and overseeing Property Management Operations (Handover, Snagging, De Snagging, DLP Defect Liability Period).
• Prepare snag list with the customer for respective units and Maintained accurate records of project status, generating daily and weekly reports for tracking and accountability.
• Compare completed works vs approvals given to observe and record differences, violations and to ensure properties are in optimal condition for handovers.
• Monitor and Coordinate with contractor for the rectification and De snagging of the issues raised by the customer during Unit viewing to ensure the required services to maintain the community & properties are provided in line with SLA.
• Collaborating closely with PMT, FM team to facilitate a seamless handover process and effective communication.
• Conduct daily site inspections of the assigned communities in order to verify ongoing works and to ensure compliance with codes, approved drawings, guidelines and obtained NOCs.
• To observe the condition of the communities' assets and service quality with regards to soft services, pest control, external cleaning, waste management, landscaping and security, ensuring decent living conditions for residents of Dubai Holding.
• Generate NCR reports and Liaise with Trakhees and other authorities to carry out joint inspections for violations (if necessary) and follow up till the remedy action.
• Preparing and issuing permits, approvals, NOC.
• Implemented protocols with various departments such as Collections, Security, Legal, Finance, Sales & CRM for minimizing the risk of any violations or damages to community and units.

Gulf Craft founded in 1982 and now is one of the world's leading shipyards and manufacturers of Luxury Yachts, Superyachts, Leisure, and Utility Boats in the UAE and Worldwide.Today the company is currently building anew production facility in Maldives at private lagoon as well as the other projects in UAE.-Worked as part of 4 New reclaimed islands named Gulf Craft Lagoon in Maldives, which includes Factory Island is 7 ha, And Marina Island is 4 ha, and 2 resorts will be in phase 2. In addition to the other projects in United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities :
• My major role is Monitoring, meetings, coordination and liaising with all project stakeholders to Ensure that all contracted resources deliver work to meet duration and quality targets, addressing and ensuring the correction of under performance issues and handover projects through lifecycles and phases. • Providing comprehensive reports on MEP, Civil, and Architectural project status as delivery approaches.
• Reviewing and auditing drawings and reports submitted by the contractor and consultant and prepared regular progress reports for all on going projects to ensure appropriate & effective use of resources.
• Conducting thorough quality checks for projects in progress and those ready for handover, utilizing digital platforms for reporting deficiencies.
• Lead, Coordinate and monitor the teams responsible for Civil & steel structure works, Construction and Fitout works, Firefighting as well as HVAC, Utilites, Infrastructure and Irrigation system for plantation etc.. Costal modification & Beach nourishment including Reclamation, Dredging, Shore protection, Revetment & Quay wall in addition to lifting bay, Slipaway, Spun Piles, Floating breakwaters, Floating pontoons and Precast concrete works.
• Identify, schedule inspection and reports as necessary in all activities physically in site & drone pics.

Responsible for implementation of 18 Villas within the areas of Al-Awir & Al-Khawaneej in Dubai, completion of the delivery of the consultant and Dubai Municipality in addition to facility maintenance.
Responsibilities :
• Leading and managing a full team of engineers, supervisors, technicians, labors and subcontractors.
• Plan and monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule.
• Day-to-day management of the site and preparing daily work programs along with resources allocation to ensure site activities are all coordinated to meet program requirements.
• Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors and conducting weekly technical and progress meetings with them.
• Investigate customer complaints in order to identify the issue, and follow-up to ensure the relevant action is taken to fully resolve the problem and the customer is satisfied with the outcome.
• Preparing management reports on project status during orientation stage and DLP.
• Resolving conflicts or disputes related to the property handover process, aiming for fair and satisfactory resolutions.
• Communicating with the CRM team in order to book appointments with the Property owner for orientation, snagging and viewing of heir units.

Site & Structural Engineer for Reinforced concrete structure and finishing works of 2 tower (21floors).
Responsibilities :
• Controlling and supervising all construction activities
- Write detailed reports stating what is acceptable and what needs to be changed prior to beginning of the project.
• Creating Project and team breakdown progress reports and presentation regularly.
• Reporting to project manager and supporting with all required data and informations.
• Support and Coordinate with all supervisors and subcontractors for the smooth operation of work at site and guiding them for the quality of work as per scope and specification requirements .

Site Engineer for new facilities in Salloum plateau, Designer, supervisor on it is finishing works.
Responsibilities :
• Renovating old facilities and upgrade their infrastructure.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety as well as sanitation standards and Ability to calculate quantities.
• Direct construction and Perform quality control of the assigned work.
