Nakeel was founded in 2003 and now is a member of Dubai Holding, is a world leading master deveoper with iconic portfolio of innovative, landmark projects with master communities (Nakheel's waterfront project including the world-famous award - Winning Palm Jumeirah) and residential, retail, hospitality and leisure developments that are pivotal realising Dubai's vision.

Responsibilities :
• Conduct daily site visit to verify and record status of the properties and ensure external compliance with codes, approved designs, and alterations guidelines.
• Verify ongoing alteration works (With NOC) to ensure compliance with approved drawings, obtained necessary NOCs, maintain acceptable appearance during the works and communicate any variances with the owner’s contractor for remedial action.
• Compare completed alterations vs approvals given to observe and record differences and violations.
• Raise VSR Report for the observed violations (without NOC) and follow up with reminder until resolved.
• Coordinate with Security for necessary action against violators and with Nakheel Community mangment for remedial actions in case of damages to community .
• Liaise with Trakhees, Authority and Planning Approvals team, carry out joint inspections for violations, if necessary, and follow up until the remedy action.
• Reviewing the technical requests from customers, and providing initial feedback.
• Coordinating with Infra and Planning team, prepare a response/ NOC to customers.
•Hold technical meetings with customers and provide customer service to clients, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Update the line manager regularly on the observed violations and advice on the necessary escalation against violators (deregistration, restrict access, fines, etc..)
• Identify the potential gaps which may cause a concern in the future.

Project Engineer & Quality Assurance at Gulf Craft Inc

Gulf Craft founded in 1982 and now is one of the world's leading shipyards and manufacturers of Luxury Yachts, Superyachts, Leisure, and Utility Boats in the UAE and Worldwide.Today the company is currently building anew production facility in Maldives at private lagoon as well as the other projects in UAE.-Worked as part of 4 New reclaimed islands named Gulf Craft Lagoon in Maldives, which includes Factory Island is 7 ha, And Marina Island is 4 ha, and 2 resorts will be in phase 2. In addition to the other projects in United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities :
• I lead, Coordinate and monitor the teams responsible for Civil & steel structure works, Construction and fitout works, Firefighting as well as Hvac, Utilites, infrastructure and irrigation system for plantation etc.. Costal modification & Beach nourishment including Reclamation, Dredging, Shore protection, Revetment & Quay wall in addition to lifting bay, slipaway, Spun piles, Floating breakwaters, Floating pontoons and precast concrete works.
• My major role is Monitoring, meetings, coordination and liaising with all project stakeholders to Ensure that all contracted resources deliver work to meet duration and quality targets, addressing and ensuring the correction of under performance issues and delivering projects through lifecycles and phases.
• Reviewing and auditing drawings and reports submitted by the contractor and consultant and prepared regular progress reports for all on going projects to ensure appropriate & effective use of resources.
• Developing plans to help a company manage waste Communicating with other team members to solve problems as well as following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found.
• Identify and schedule inspection and reports as necessary in all construction activities physically in site including drone pics.

Project Engineer & Site Engineer at Trust Columns Contracting LLC
