Overlook daily operations of the department and the team; in charge of the department; scheduling; participate in planning Front Office budget.
Pre-Opening team. Front Office department set-up including writing job descriptions for the team, SOP's, hiring the FO team, conducting pre-opening trainings etc; overlook a team of 40 colleagues, 2 receptions.
Overlook the front desk operations, reception staff scheduling, conduct on-job trainings; review departure / long stay guest billing on daily basis; work closely with house keeping and F&B departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsible for effective running of the reception area and supervising lobby hossteses; ensure all the guests complaints / problems / queries are solved promptly, professionally & efficiently; plan and organize most detailed VIP guest arrival and check-in / check-out
