Manage classroom coverage of BT1, BT2 and BT3 classes
Plan and carry out study programs appropriate to individual needs

Manage the team of HR managers in their day to day responsibilities.
Oversee the delivery of service, ensuring Client satisfaction.
Ensuring that all the staff are motivated, monitored and measured in line with the company's targets and performance standards.
Ensure that the company’s procedures are followed.
Organize regular meetings with supervisors to analyze results, KPI’s and agree action points.
Set smart targets to their team base on the clients and the company’s requirements.
Preparing daily workloads for staff & coordinating the daily allocation of work.
Motivating the team to achieve high standards and KPI targets.
Proactive management of people and identification of training needs
Serving costumer through the phone (inbound).
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Employees’ management (scheduling labor, controlling & organizing…)
Financial management: P&L: controlling expenses and care of the fixed assets used in the restaurant.
Ensuring Health & Safety and also hygiene procedures & standards are maintained
Dealing with and resolving customer complaints.
Taking & serving orders
