- Retail Management Department: Perform all secretarial work (writing reports - sending faxes - organize files, etc.), Coordination between the director of retail branches and all the officials working in the branches
- Sales: Monthly sales report for all ADCS branches
- Personal: Direct jobs for new employments and send them to the branch, Calculate the extra time for each retail management workers
- Maintenance: Receive maintenance problems of all branches and follow up with responsible for maintenance until it is completed
