Scope of work:
* Utilize network analysis software to analyze the network model (SynerGEE 4.3). Applies design
parameters with respect to supply tail and end pressures, gas velocity and the ways in which they affect
design, etc.
* Design, wall thickness calculation for pipes, material selection, material take off and component selection
for pressure reduction and metering station.
• Use PDMS/ AutoCAD Plant 3D to make the appropriate equipment & piping modeling for the gas
pressure regulation stations plants (PRMS).
* Prepare technical studies for feeding new cities and factories by Natural Gas.
* Issue Hazardous Area Classifications drawings according to appropriate standards.
* Apply appropriate codes and standards, together with approved design basis philosophy, during detailed
design of gas transmission, distribution and utilization facilities.
* Participate in the installation process including PRMOS installation, external and internal construction till
commissioning.
* Participate in issuing tender documents, follow up with the clients, and reply on technical clarifications if
any.
Scope of work:
* Lead a team consists of four colleagues working together on projects.
* Manage the works between my team & scheduling the project with my managers.
* Create concept design of the project according to NFPA 750 CODE & MARIOFF - HIFOG water mist
corporative system.
* Pumps, valves and sprinklers selection according to the application.
* Make hydraulic calculation using “FLUID FLOW” software which ensures the accuracy of the design.
* Calculate suction head pressure losses using “PIPE FLOW EXPERT” which helps in choosing the suitable
feed water pump for the project.
* Design detection system suitable for the application - selection of smoke, heat and flame detectors.
* Use the “ASD PIPE FLOW” software to make sure that the detection system designed is efficient enough
for the project.
* Helping in preparing the project’s Shop drawing.
* Produce the project BOQ & submittal documents for project’s completion.
* Produce weekly progress reports.
* Estimate risks which we may face and discuss it with my managers and the owner.
Scope of work:
* Review, produce and submit technical documents for the project's completion.
* Coordination between all resources (subcontractors, suppliers. Workmanship … etc.).
* Negotiate with subcontractors and preparing their contracts.
* Schedule & Monitor the Progress of the works.
* Supervise the work performed by the subcontractors and inspects the subcontractors' work for quality
and to ensure that it adheres to the project's specifications and according to the time schedule.
* Act as a liaison between different parties working on the project, coordinate all MEP trade workers with
subcontractors and project team, as well as manage communication between the subcontractors, field
staff, project team and clients.
* Prepare monthly owner/subcontractor invoices.
* Produce weekly and monthly Mechanical progress reports.
* Attending all MEP meetings.
* Participate in preparing work shop, composite, as-built drawings, and Time schedule.
Project was about Internal Combustion Engines and the Production of Bio-diesel Fuel from Algae with a grade of Excellent.
