Angola involves the design, fabrication and installation of five new
platforms. Located 15 miles (24 km) offshore Cabinda province in 200 feet
(60 m) of water, the $5.6 billion Mafumeira Sul project is the second stage
of development of the Mafumeira Field located in Block 0. The project
scope includes 50 wells, two wellhead platforms, a central processing and
compression facility and approximately 75 miles (121 km) of subsea
pipelines.

HUC ENGINEER TO SITE SUPERVISOR
Prepares schedule and coordinates assigned engineering work,
acting as technical adviser on subcontractors, crafts people by means of
reviewing drawings received from clients ensuring all materials used and
work performed are as per project specification on Mechanical Discipline.
Acting supervisor in the final stage of the construction phase to hand
over remaining equipment to the commissioning stage and clear out all
punch items and remaining work including the power turbine and gas
generator installation.

Fabrication and construction of LNG plant located in Curtis Island
Gladstone in Queensland Australia consist of 2 trains equivalent to 111
modules-ISBL (cryogenic, chiller and propane) and OSBL module.
Construction site is at the Batangas Heavy Fabrication Yard located in
Batangas Philippines under the management and supervision of BECHTEL
INTERNATIONAL INCORPORATED Projects.
* Project Role:
Act as a SITE SUPERVISOR responsible for monitoring and
supervising construction operation which consist of scheduling work as per
priority requirement & material availability, review and assessment of crafts
accomplishment and ensures that plans are executed according to target
goal as well as dealing with the clients requirement at site. Maintains and
ensure compliance with the company core values and Zero accident policy.
GORO NICKEL project New Caledonia. Production of nickel and
other minerals was already ongoing when there is incident that most of the
tank does not function properly due to design and actual operational
situation. Team was mobilize to repair, reconstruct and install latest design
as per project specification and recommendation. The nickel plant was live
and operational at that time that requires permitting to penetrate and
execute work. The project was under management of Vale Inco group.
* Project Role:
Act as a SITE SUPERVISOR on area 250, 260, 270, 290, responsible
for execution of the reconstruction of damaged facilities, installation of
additional platform and extension of the processing plant. Act as a
modification team to determine the site requirement during operation and
ensure all as built is successfully constructed to meet the design standard
during operational stage. Maintains and ensure compliance with the
company core values and Zero accident policy.
Design, manufacture, fabrication and supply of pressure vessel,
reactors, spheres, storage tank, high and low pressure piping, evaporators,
construction and assembly of storage tanks, spheres, onshore and offshore
modules and structure.
* Project Role:
As a PROJECT SUPERVISOR assigned on project basis usually
performs supervision and monitoring of construction, assembly and
installation of piping, structural and mechanical works ensuring that the
scope of work is being deliver at the right quality and time. Implementation
of safety among work groups and resolve issue concerning work and
personnel.

Modularization of GORO Nickel Processing Plant in New Caledonia
consisting of 283 Pre-assembled Module Units - PAUs, Pipe racks (PARs),
Steam Condenser Tanks, Waste Heat Boilers (repair works), Overland
Conveyors (wharf and stockyard); Structural and Piping Stick built; Built-up
Sections; Process Equipment, Bulk Storage Tanks; Pipe Spools, Piping
Pre-fabrications (CS, SS, Duplex/Super Duplex SS). Shop/Detailed
drawings, engineering, partial supply and full supply of materials and other
tertiary items, material management (free issues), fabrication, surface
preparation and painting, yard erection, insulation, galvanizing,
testing/inspection (with PED compliance for CE markings of tanks), pre-
commissioning, export packing and crating, and load out FAS AG&P
marine bulkhead/pier.
